ETC Repairs
ETC has an average repair turnaround time of two weeks from receipt of items at the factory. If you require an accelerated timeline, please let us know in the Additional Information field, and we will attempt to accommodate your needs.
Sending non-warranty items to ETC for service constitutes an agreement that you may be charged a one-hour labor for an evaluation fee; ETC may proceed with needed repairs up to $450 without further authorization.
